Content Archival Policy

All content components are created with metadata, source, and a validity date.
Permanent content is reviewed once every 10 years, unless edited or deleted earlier.
Content will not be displayed after its validity date plus 3 months.
Short‑lived content (e.g., tenders, recruitment) is removed once its purpose is served.
Documents, reports, and news are reviewed regularly per the Content Review Policy.
Content is reviewed at least 2 weeks before its validity date:
- If still relevant, it is revalidated and the validity date is updated.
- If irrelevant, it is archived and unpublished.
This policy ensures effective website maintenance.

Copyright Policy
