Induction Procedure


  • CISF is deployed on a cost reimbursement basis. A preliminary assessment is conducted, followed by 'In-Principle' approval from MHA upon written agreement by the client.
  • After MHA’s "In-Principle" approval and survey fee receipt, CISF and client conduct a joint security survey.
  • Manpower, accommodation, transport, and other needs are assessed during the survey.
  • Formal requisition by management is sent and MHA sanctions the required posts.
  • An MoU (approved by MHA) is signed, and CISF submits a proposal for post sanction.
  • After posts are sanctioned, the client is required to:
    • Remit a 3-month pay per head as security deposit.
    • Complete Pre-Induction Facilities (PIF) like accommodation, communication, and transport gadgets.
