MAHARANAPRATAP REGIONAL TRAINING CENTRE, ANANTPURA    BEHROR, (RAJASTHAN)

This RTC came into existence on 02.04.1988 at Sidhabari in West Bengal, but it was shifted to Deoli temporarily on 04.09.2002 due to inadequate land. Now this RTC is permanently established near Aravali Hills at Village- Anantpura, Behror Dist- Alwar, Rajsthan w.e.f 01.06.2010.

The area of this RTC is about 128 acres. The climate of MPRTC is extreme with winter temperature going down to 04°c and hot in Summer with temperature rising up to 45°c.

At present the RTC has facility of imparting Basic training to Constable/GD. MPRTC has also been earmarked for specialized courses like VIP Security Training, Evasive & Defensive Driving Course, BDDS Course & Refresher Courses with training capacity of 1008 trainees at any given time.

This RTC is headed by an officer of the rank of  Deputy Inspector General.
